These terms cover your use of magnificlabs.org. Individual products will have their own terms when they are released; nothing here grants a licence to software that has not shipped yet.
Using this site
You may read, quote and link to anything here. Use it lawfully: don't attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and don't scrape it in a way that degrades service for other people.
Our content
The words, images and design on this site belong to Magnific Labs unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Republishing whole posts, or using our name, brand mark or wordmark to suggest a partnership or endorsement, needs written permission — ask at hello@magnificlabs.org.
Code we publish at github.com/organizations/Magnific-Labs is covered by the licence file in each repository. That licence, not this page, governs the code.
Products in development
Everything we describe on this site is unreleased and subject to change. Names, features, screenshots and timelines are statements of current intent, not promises. Nothing here forms a contract to deliver a product or a feature.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it will be free of errors or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Links out
We link to other sites where they're useful. We're not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Privacy
How we handle information is set out in our privacy policy. It is part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will tell you when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Magnific Labs' place of business, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there.
